If you're anything like me, you crave certainty. Even if it's not the best news, you'd rather know it now and plan accordingly instead of stressing out over what 'may' happen. This perpetual state of worrying about tomorrow is one of the biggest things I struggle with, and I know I'm not alone.
But there's a verse in the Bible that addresses this worry head-on -Proverbs 3:5-6. It reads:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.
We love to think we know best, don't we? In some circumstances, it's this feeling that we've been doing this a long time, and we know what works. In others, it's this sense that this problem we have is too small for God - it's not something we want to bother him with.
But the truth is right there in the verse - we cannot rely on what we think we understand. To really find our path, we have learn to trust in Him.
And if I'm honest, the times I've felt the most at peace in my own life are exactly those moments - the ones when I fully let go and trust that He has a plan.
So how do you switch your thoughts back to trusting in Him rather than yourself? Well, for me, I've found using this bracelet as a simple reminder I can wear helps tremendously.

All of our bracelets and watchbands are made from 100% recycled polyester. We currently repurpose nearly 44,000lbs of plastic into the polyester we use to mill our elastic each year.
Are they waterproof?
They sure are! Elastic ZOX bracelets are fine to wear in the water, even our interactive ones. To ensure they do not warp over time, please just use care in removing / stretching them when wet. Elastic prefers air drying and will hold its form far better when it's able to dry without tension.
How do I wash my ZOX?
Caring for your ZOX is incredibly easy: Simply put it through the wash on cold, preferably in a small washer bag. Once it's clean, set it out an a flat surface to dry. That's it!
Other Tips:
- Avoid oils and lotions when wearing ZOX. Fatty acids in oils and some lotions break down the natural rubbers we use in each ZOX and may cause warping.
- If your ZOX is a little tight, don’t be afraid to give it a few good stretches. They’re made to have a fairly snug fit, expanding to work on wrists of almost any size.
